Lesson To Be Learnt
Always remember to check what you are de-frosting from the freezer before the guests are about to arrive!!!! should one say thanksgiving well before the meal is prepared? i think so, because it is absolutely no good getting chicken stock out .and make a delicious ( so one would think) leek and chicken soup, to find one has apple juice and Leek soup! interesting, but not ideal, have i lost the plot?

Hmm Apple and Leak .. could be a posh nosh !! Could be a whole market out there for such a blend of tastes. Wonders what else you have lurking in the freezer … Maybe Rose Hip syrup and Pot soup next .
