All I Can Say is Wow!
Birthdays are tremdous fun! well” fun” started at 8.30am with a visit to the Doctor for some pre chemo blood tests, and a fasting blood sugar test ( which by the way, they gave up on as apparently i got no more blood!) anyhow, one rule I have made is this; diabetics can have chocs on their birthday!! especially white choc! so this rule is being carried out very well! (wonder if that is why i feel sleepy?) never mind, birthdays are birthdays and at the ripe old age of 65 yrs, i think anything goes myself. And some friends gave me some weighing scales,. so they must have known i was going to break some rules! Now, the flowers i have received are so glam! I think i am the queen! I will show you a picture soon, but not this minute, as I am too busy eating chocs!
I have the best family,( included in the family is our Grandson Boots,) and friends, in the whole world. thank you all for your text messages, phone calls, cards, presents- I am being so spoilt!!!!
I learnt a tip of the day last week, which was put the battery in the camera when taking a picture.

Maybe the friends that gave you the scales are deeply spiritual , very biblical , scales. For example
“You are to use accurate scales, an accurate ephah and an accurate bath” Eze 45:10
Or “You have been weighed on the scales and found wanting” Dan 5:27
Now i often take the last verse as wanting …… chocalate !! hmm
oh ho yes white choc a definite (oh no it isn’t) but the scales are off my eyes:)
Dear Granny,
The picture is of me is when I was all new and fluffy. It doesn’t fit with my all growd up smooth sleek shiny dog look. Mum says it is a Grannys perogative (I wish she wouldn’t use long words) to put up the worst pictures of their grandson.. I am not sure that is right.
